5 love languages in relationships: Do they really work?

Checking the 5 love languages in relationships and how you can spot yours.

Love can be a strange thing for some people. No two persons love the same way in a relationship.

How odd could relationships get due to individual differences? Today you are in love, tomorrow you just want to be out of love.

Perhaps understanding a person's love language will help in managing the relationship.

What if there is a way to READ and SPEAK a person's love language, that is, knowing how to communicate with someone lovingly without making mistakes?

What are the 5 Love languages

The love language is a scope that controls love expressions and intimacy.

The five love languages are: Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Receiving Gifts, Acts of Service, and Physical Touch.

The diverse love languages exist on a spectrum, and it is humanly feasible (and a good thing) to learn to “speak” the entire five love languages. Hence it is not a fixed or permanent thing that I LOVE VIA PHYSICAL TOUCH or I PREFER WORDS OF AFFIRMATION.

Can a person have all 5 love languages?

There are five different love languages, and you can often be a hybrid of more than one: words of affirmation, meaning you relish being notified you're loved; acts of service, which means that you respect it when your partner does something like clean the Kitchen; giving gifts, helping out with assignments.

In the year 2000, research demonstrated that the five love languages can be a more beneficial framework than other strategies to helping couples communicate, but an investigation conducted in 2017 implies that the five love languages only function when both partners exhibit reasonable self-regulatory behaviours.

What are 3 ways to find out your spouse's Love Language?

  1. Set up a quiz for your lover or Ask your lover to take the quiz online. Online quizzes could pop up one question at a time with multiple choice answers.
  2. Ask your spouse to make a list of all the things you do that make him feel loved.
  3.  Open your mind to helping your SIGNIFICANT OTHER to make better choices on loving you.

In the end, your 5 love Languages will show forth if you nurture them properly. Just enjoy being in love.
